This is a crappy shot I took of the fireworks from the balcony of the yacht club. In a perfect world I would have a tripod etc but I can’t be the DJ and the photographer.
Was a very big night with a tough crowd but it went off once I started playing the 70’s disco. Always does.
Your lowlights of the year didn’t seem so bad. Yes, we nearly got caught but we had the day together before hand. And we didn’t get to see KM together but I think that means we’ll get to see him together in Red Rocks Colorado one day.
My highlights include the catchups like the blue pop up bar, the NGV, the Carlton wine room. I feel electric when I am around you. And even more so when we are entwined in the myriad of venues we visited.
Let’s build on Port Douglas and find somewhere further for longer.
Can’t wait to see what comes of us of 2024.
