It was my fathers birthday this week so we went out for dinner last night. The restaurant was French, this was my entree. It was fantastic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I’m busy packing for Adelaide. I’ve got a suitcase full of computers and brochures, and a hip flask full of 21-year-old Bushmills Irish Whisky. The funnel I used is next to me as I type and the smell is fantastic. I’ll ping when you when I pour and savour it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I’ve half way through this series. Drops of God \u2014 Official Trailer | Apple TV+ – YouTube<\/a>. It’s a drama centered around wine and is set in France & Japan. Every scene is beautifully shot and both countries (and their winebars) look heart wrenchingly good. Japan has been on the top of my list since I was a teenager and I’m now aching to go. As there is so many wine tastings in the show I’ve cleaned up my stocks of red and have decided I am going to have a tasting of all the ones hidden at the back of the shelves. I will find a way to share with you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I keep checking my calendar to make sure I’ve got catchup dates right. Next one is still so far away. Smooching in the car has only increased my desire to see you and my desire for you.
